Mercedes Homes at fault for cracks in houses, lawsuit says
Several Brevard County homeowners have asked a federal bankruptcy judge for permission to file a class-action lawsuit against Mercedes Homes, claiming that poor construction caused rainwater to leak through their homes’ exterior walls, damaging baseboards, drywall, kitchen cabinets and carpeting.
