Pfizer May Face Neurontin Marketing Class Action, Judge Says (Bloomberg.com)

April 17 (Bloomberg) — Pfizer Inc. may face a class-action lawsuit by health-insurance companies on claims its Warner- Lambert unit improperly marketed the epilepsy drug Neurontin for unapproved uses, a judge said.
