Oil companies agree to settle Hartford claims (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)

Two oil companies have tentatively agreed to a $16 million settlement of damages alleged in lawsuits filed on behalf of village residents upset over gasoline fumes that have been seeping into homes for decades.
