Another lawsuit filed against waterpark (Capital News 9)

A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of three people from Rensselaer County against Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Waterpark in Queensbury. Hundreds of people reported getting sick after visiting the waterpark earlier this month.
