PHILADELPHIA, Feb 28 - Two class action lawsuits were filed on Thursday against Axcelis Technologies Inc following the semiconductor-equipment maker’s rejection of a $532 million takeover bid from Japan’s Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd .
